Lean Task Management

The task management function of Oracle Primavera Lean Cloud offers a variety of tools to enhance the detailed coordination, planning, and execution of work between planners, supervisors, and field workers. The tool allows field workers to decide how to optimally perform their work with efficiency and minimal waste.


The work plan interface allows planners, supervisors, and field service employees to easily define, plan, and organize their work according to the short-term goals set in the project plan. LastPlanners® create tasks in the hopper for each activity within the planning period. Tasks are then pulled onto the weekly planning board or the upcoming weekly bucket for reference using the activities from the project schedule.


During the planning cycle, tasks can be moved to the planning board via drag-and-drop. Aim a task to another weekly bucket. Commit to completing a task by a specific due date. Mark a task as done. Reclaim a task that has not yet been completed. Provide reasons why a task was not completed as promised. Finally, monitor the weekly planned completion rates and justification metrics on the dashboard.
