XPMsoft supports customers in the use of professional project management solutions during business operation. Depending on prior knowledge and experience we offer first, second or third level support:

First level support: You do not have an own support organization (Help Desk) at your disposal to answer requests from end users. XPMsoft offers this benefit by supporting any user. This support level covers the response to any technical or application related issue.

Second level support: You basically operate an own support organization (Help Desk) to respond to requests of your users. System administrators and selected, named users regulate your companies’ requests and access the XPMsoft support to resolve substantive specific issues or extensive technical problems.

Third level support: You have deep technical and application related knowledge available in your company and only access the XPMsoft support by one named user to resolve exclusively complex technical problems.
